I need some crafty ideas for around my house HELP….?
I want to know of some cheap and easy ideas to decorate my house with and make it unique and I need some conversation pieces in my house for when I invite my husbands family over here. I need some Ideas……if you have ANY please let me know……..I am open to all advice….I need your help!! thanks

“found” objects are great for decorating. Go to your local thrift store, you may find a gold mine! I use interesting pitchers as vases for fresh or silk flowers. Look alongside the road on trash nights for windows with multiple panes, and hang them on the wall as frames for photos, dried flowers, handmade art, anything! Any flat surface can be used for interesting little “collections”, I have tall speakers in my living room that have pictures of my husband and myself, a couple of interesting fair sized stones, cool vases, just whatever. People always ask about them. Hang a pretty scarf over your curtain rods as a window topper. Throws on the couch and chair brighten up a room tremendously. Put a scarf over a lightshade…depends on your mood! Just have fun, and let your personality shine!

Cheap but effective way of decorating my house for halloween?
I am having a halloween party, it is my first year in my new house so I am going all out! I am in the UK and most people don’t bother over here so I haven’t got many ideas. I have bought some decorations and have different coloured lightbulbs but would like the whole house to have a ‘spooky’ feel to it, any ideas?

Does anyone have any good tips for cheap decorating inside a house? Just simple things, for example a tray with a whiskey dispenser and whiskey glasses, just simple ideas like that that make the place look nice! Thanks in advance
